We are a traditional family run butcher, based in Macroom, supplying high quality fresh Irish meat, sourced locally from West Cork farms in Ireland. We aim at all times to deliver only the very finest quality meats, value for money, and excellent service to our valued customers. We offer only the very best range of Irish quality meats, specially selected from local farms on behalf of our customers. All our beef is Irish Angus or Hereford traditionally reared in West Cork, supporting our local rural farming community.

All our meat is fully traceable from Farm to Fork and approved by the Bord Bia Quality assured scheme. We are one of the first food companies in Ireland to be awarded the “Ecolabel” accreditation for our commitment to positive environmental policies and a low carbon footprint.
